Meet your Thriving Food Forest Designer
Hi, I’m Scott Miller, Designer and Grower.
In my area of the Midwest, in Kansas we do not get “April showers bring May flowers”. We get May and June thunderstorms, with often periods of drought in between. My designs have to capture and “plant” that water into the ground for later in the season.
Early blooming, late frosts, and crazy weather are a part of the game.
In this challenging environment I specialize in designs that include nut trees (chestnut, hazelnut, pecan), apple and pear trees – adapted to the Midwest. I grow many of the trees and perennial myself, tried and tested.
I have a Permaculture Design Certificate from Midwest Permaculture, and I am also a Project Manager, so I can keep your implementation on track.
Let me show you how I can help you achieve your dreams of an edible foodscape and orchard with a Free consult call. Click the button above to setup the call with me.
